Reunite with Family Longer.
The Parent Boost Visitor Visa is a new long-term visitor visa launched by Immigration New Zealand to help families stay connected. It allows parents of New Zealand citizens and residents to spend more quality time with their loved ones, without the need to apply for multiple short-term visas.
If you’re looking for a way to bring your parents to New Zealand for extended visits, the Parent Boost Visa could be the solution.
The Parent Boost Visa is a multiple-entry visitor visa that lets eligible parents stay in New Zealand for up to five years. Parents can apply for a second visa, extending their stay to a total of ten years, provided they continue to meet all the requirements.
It’s designed to strengthen family ties while ensuring minimal pressure on public services. While this visa is not a pathway to permanent residence, it provides a meaningful, long-term way for families to spend time together in New Zealand.
