Tim is a New Zealander who grew up on Auckland’s North Shore. He studied at the University of Auckland where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts.
Tim provides advice to a range of individual and corporate clients and has helped many of New Zealand’s most notable new migrants achieve residence over the years. His advice is regularly sought by those having problems at different stages of the immigration process. He prides himself on providing honest, straight forward advice that addresses the needs of his clients, who often find themselves in extremely stressful situations
When possible, Tim regularly presents seminars and consults with potential migrants in South Africa, China, and throughout Southeast Asia. Having assisted thousands of successful applicants over the years, he is acutely aware of the issues facing those who are contemplating making the move and is focused on making this happen as smoothly as possible in the quickest possible timeframe.

Kera has wide ranging experience across all visa categories, and is a passionate advocate for her clients that include individuals and businesses.
Kera completed her Bachelor of Law degree at Xiamen University in 2012. The same year, she visited New Zealand and decided to emigrate to this beautiful country. Since then, she has completed a Master’s in Management at Massey University and is currently studying towards an LLB at the University of Auckland. After working in international education and foreign trade for several years, she found her passion in the immigration industry, where she can make a real difference in the lives of the people she helps.
Kera has extensive experience in dealing with a range of immigration matters, from general visa applications to complex issues. As an immigrant herself, she understands the challenges on this difficult but rewarding journey. She is careful and sympathetic, and will help you to identify potential risks from the beginning, find the best solutions, and achieve your goals. She thrives by helping you to succeed.

KIM SARAN LEE
Kim completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Auckland in 2020. Upon graduating she commenced work in a boutique Immigration Law firm in Hastings, where she was fortunate to experience working with migrants from many countries; this has given her a unique insight into the cultures and traditions that play an important role in her client’s daily lives.
With a focus exclusively on Immigration Law, Kim is a confident practitioner who has extensive knowledge of New Zealand’s immigration requirements and is motivated to provide the best advice to her clients, to ensure they start their new life in New Zealand on a positive note.

DANICA BANDOJO

Danica is an experienced and dedicated professional having worked in the field of immigration law for many years.
Prior to migrating to New Zealand, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Management at Bicol University, Philippines. In 2017, she completed a Diploma in Business Level 7 and started working for a boutique immigration law firm in Auckland after finishing her studies.
Since then, she has gained extensive knowledge and understanding of the complexities involved in immigration processes. She is well-versed in the various documentation requirements and visa applications, enabling her to efficiently manage all administrative aspects of immigration cases.
Danica is efficient, reliable, and possess plenty of initiative and passion in helping immigrants like herself achieve their immigration dreams and goals.
In addition to English, Danica also speaks Filipino.
SOPHYA GUIMARãES

Sophya is a Brazilian native from the state of Minas Gerais. After graduating with a law degree, she moved to Auckland to pursue a postgraduate degree in business. This course opened the door to her dream of living in New Zealand and embracing the Kiwi lifestyle. Sophya now calls New Zealand home and is fully immersed in this multicultural experience.
Sophya is the Brazilian community contact at McSweeney Immigration, which allows her to stay connected to her home country in a way. She is proud to help clients who also want to make New Zealand their home and contribute to the country. In addition to her work as an immigration consultant, Sophya is also involved in the firm's business development and marketing department.
